Webville clients are licensed to use different software according to the services provided. Exchange Standard and Plus accounts are licensed to use the latest version of Outlook or any previous version. Exchange Basic (Webmail-only) accounts do not include Outlook.
Outlook 2019 (for Windows) and Outlook 2019 (for Mac) are available for download here:
Previous versions are also available for download at the same location.

Upgrading to the current version of Outlook is optional. Here are the versions supported:

  • Outlook 2019 for Windows
  • Outlook 2019 for Mac
  • Outlook 2016 for Windows
  • Outlook 2016 for Mac
  • Outlook 2013 for Windows

Older versions of Outlook (2010 Windows, 2011 or 2013 Mac) are not able to connect to the current version of Exchange server (2019).

The installation of Outlook 2019 for Windows requires a configuration file which contains the license key for your installation. Email support to request the file. The file will be emailed to you. It is not posted for download and must not be shared.

To access the download link, you will be prompted for credentials. Type your full user logon name in the format.
  1. Change to the Mac or Windows folder.
  2. Refer to the readme.txt file there for further instructions.
  3. Right click the file(s) you need and choose Save Link As...

After installation, restart your computer and go to Microsoft Update for critical and security updates. See Outlook Updates for details. Do not skip this step.

The Outlook 2013 32-bit and 64-bit packages are separate downloads. If you don't know whether your Windows version is 64-bit or 32-bit, try 64-bit first because 64-bit is preferable. If your system is 32-bit, it will not be able to run the 64-bit setup, but there is no harm in trying.

Outlook 2013 requires Windows 7 or later. You can use Outlook 2013 with other programs from Office 2010. See the full detail of 2013 Office system requirements.

Do not distribute this package to users not hosted by Webville, the embedded license key identifies the source of the software as Webville Networks. It is licensed only for use by Webville Networks clients with our Exchange Standard or Plus level account.
