Password Resets
How to get your password reset.
Requests for password resets should be emailed to support@webville.net and should come from an account on our systems, preferably the account of the admin/contact person for your group or organization, with whom we normally correspond.
This requirement is necessary because a request which comes from a free email account could be fraudulent even if that account looks like it should be yours.
We will reply to the requestor with the new password and related information. Please note we cannot determine anyone's current password, our only option is to reset it and give them a new one.
Self-Service Password Resets
We can enable an admin person in your organization to be able to perform password resets for your users. Please contact
